  • Experience in implementing ethics and compliance programs effectively across multiple countries.
  • Ability to manage safeguarding concerns and internal investigations.
  • Willingness to work GMT+3 office hours.

We are currently recruiting two ****Regional Investigations & Safeguarding Managers**** – one to join our ****Middle East Regional Office****, and one to join our ****Africa / Asia Regional Office****.

This is a ****remote**** position, open to candidates based in one of RI countries of operation, willing to work GMT+3 office hours.

Reporting directly to the Global Investigations Manager, the Regional Investigations and Safeguarding Managers will help ensure RI’s ethics and compliance program is designed and implemented effectively, based on the unique risks, needs and challenges of each country within the region.

The role is dynamic and needs-based, and the workload is expected to be; approximately 50% dedicated to safeguarding, and 50% dedicated to internal investigations and incident management. The role will also support other regional and global ethics and compliance needs as requested.
