Overview
Assist with ICT support and troubleshooting.
You have:
- Recently graduated from a college/university degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various operating systems including Windows and MacOS.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities
Generic responsibilities
- Implement NRC’s ICT policies and guidelines at office level.
- Schedule computer related services and maintenance.
- Ensure information security for all NRC systems in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulations.
- Provide ICT support and training to staff within office.
Specific responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end users on hardware and software related issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and IT systems.
- Provide training to users on hardware and software usage.
- Assist with inventory management and record-keeping for ICT equipment and software.
- Monitor and maintain network connections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT team.
