Provide technical assistance to field teams for project implementation.
You have:
- An MBBS degree from a recognized institution or a Master’s in allied science is preferred.
- Candidates with an MPH and a proven track record of working with public health programs, especially TB, will be preferred.
- Overall, 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing community-based programs and managing teams, preferably with TB DOTS or Primary Health Care awareness activities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Urdu, and Punjabi is essential.
- Capacity building of field teams in project monitoring, planning, implementation and technical know-how of ECF activities in PPM.
- Conduct regular meetings, briefings and debriefings within the team in consultation with the Head of Office-Punjab.
