Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Regional Cooperation Specialist is assigned to the Regional Cooperation and Integration Unit (SERC) within the Southeast Asia Department (SERD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the Regional Head, SERC and will oversee National and Administrative staff.
Your Role
As a Regional Cooperation Specialist, you will deliver a variety of assignments to help develop regional cooperation strategies and continuous improvement of regional cooperation programs within broad policies and goals. You will take the lead in the development, processing, and implementation and administering of technical assistance (TA), analytical work, knowledge sharing and other projects in regional cooperation and integration related areas, and oversee staff and consultants.

Additional Information
ADB will be rolling-out a new job grading structure on 1 January 2025, which may result in a change of the position grade and title with no change in the terms of reference.
