The Learning Passport is UNICEF’s flagship digital learning platform, designed to support children, young people, teachers, and communities with access to quality learning content, including in low-connectivity and offline contexts. As the platform continues to evolve, UNICEF is strengthening its product to ensure that country needs, user feedback, and operational realities are translated into clear technical requirements.
This assignment will support the Learning Passport in documenting how the platform currently functions and identifying clear user stories, proposed behaviours, and acceptance criteria. The work will contribute to building a more stable, user-centred, and strengthened platform that can better support implementation across countries.
We are seeking 1 Online Volunteer to support the Learning Passport in refining platform documentation.
The volunteer will review existing page designs to identify shared UI components and behaviors currently embedded across multiple pages, and extract these into dedicated, standalone documentation. The volunteer will also walk through the platform as a new user across all Learning Passport pages to document behavioral differences compared to existing users, and draft corresponding acceptance criteria.
Specific Tasks:
Extract shared components (e.g., navigation bar) that are currently embedded across multiple pages into a separate, dedicated page or set of pages.
Go through the user flow as a new user across all Learning Passport pages, document the proposed behavior for new users, and draft relevant acceptance criteria for each identified behavior.
