Support the integration of refugees and migrants into the labor market.
You have:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Berufsorientierung und Arbeitsmarktintegration oder entsprechende persönliche Erfahrung.
- Kenntnisse zum deutschen Arbeitsmarkt und dem Berufsbildungssystem.
- Erfahrungen in der Planung und Durchführung von Fortbildungen.
- Methodisch-didaktische Kenntnisse in der Erwachsenenbildung.
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau.
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen zu Projektstandorten in ganz Deutschland.
- Erfahrung in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Social Media.
- Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
