Recrutement d’un consultant international chargé de l’Analyse de l’équité en vaccination centrée sur les zéro-doses au Bénin

OBJET DE LA CONSULTATION

Le/a consultant (e) international aura la charge d'assister la Direction de la Vaccination et de la Logistique de l’Agence nationale des soins de santé primaires du Bénin à mettre en œuvre l'analyse de l'équité en vaccination avec un focus sur les zéro doses.

Plus spécifiquement, le/la consultant (e) international (e) devra

  • Faciliter 1 atelier d’orientation/planification du niveau national
  • Faciliter Ies ateliers d’orientation/planification au niveau communal /zone sanitaires
  • Produire le rapport synthèse de l’analyse de l’équité en vaccination au Bénin avec focus sur les zéro doses

TACHES A EXECUTER

  • Former une équipe de facilitateurs nationaux pour l'animation des ateliers au niveau commune/ zone sanitaire
  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des fichiers collectés auprès des communes, et assurer le suivi de la collecte des données manquantes et ou incorrectes
  • Coordonner les ateliers d’orientation/planification
  • Compiler les résultats des exercices d’orientation/planification des communes pour informer les discussions Iors de l'atelier d’orientation/planification du niveau central
  • Faire un rapport synthèse des ateliers au niveau commune et du niveau national

PROFIL

  • Être un professionnel de la santé (Médecin, Paramédical) et
  • Avoir au moins un master en sante publique ou discipline connexe.
  • Avoir au moins huit années d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de programmes de santé publique.
  • Connaissance du programme de vaccination et du système de santé du Bénin
  • Familiarité avec l'approche de l'analyse des goulots d'étranglement basée sur des déterminants est un atout
  • Une expérience antérieure avec les programmes de I'Unicef est un atout

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. The candidate may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid).
