PAAJAF is seeking an experienced recruiter to support our HR team. The volunteer will manage several recruitment processes (meeting with hiring managers to design job descriptions, job posting, screening CVs, conducting interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers). Volunteers will be required to check in with the HR Manager weekly and will be asked to complete necessary tasks independently.

Volunteers: 3 needed
6-10 hours per week / 15 weeks
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a recruiting role, be flexible to work around different time zones, able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, have effective organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Secured access to the internet is crucial. A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related fields is considered an asset.
