Under the guidance of Donor Relations Officer (Donor Love), the Fundraising Associate is to design and implement compelling donor communication, from concept to concrete product. This includes the actual production of emails and other electronic communication, but also the design, selection of vendors, shipping, and quality control of printed communication materials.

How can you make a difference?

1. Conceptualize and produce compelling omnichannel donor communication pieces, i.e., email, WhatsApp text, SMS, printed materials) to enhance donor retention and loyalty. 2. Monitor, analyze, and improve donor communication performance metrics such as open rate, click through rate, mailing delivery rate, etc. 3. Source donor insight through donor feedback and/or dedicated study to improve donor communication efficiency and engagement. 4. Administer day-to-day usage and identify further opportunities of Salesforce – Marketing Cloud. 5. Oversee donor communication product inventory and procurement including printed material stock monitoring. 6. Assist Donor Relations Officer (Donor Love) with administrative support, including meetings, procurement, communication, and budget monitoring.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

- Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization - A minimum of six (6) years*) of progressively responsible work experience related to marketing communication/customer relation management is required. - Experience in (direct) marketing planning & implementation initiative, especially through WhatsApp & Email - Experience in using Salesforce/Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Design skills - Attention to detail - Knowledge and/or familiarity of HTML and SQL will be considered as assets - Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of another official UN language is considered as an asset.

(* For this position, a bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
