Re-advertised Supply Chain Operator- Afghan Nationals Only

Job Description

BvA- Integra:

- Daily check BvA all SC dashboard on submitted PRs, PO and Payment and flag to Procurement staff in Kabul as well as in the fields for PRs and PO that is not processed within 2-4 weeks. - Daily check of BvA all payments in Kabul and Fields and flag to finance to process the payment and clean up their dashboard - Daily check of BvA for aged PR, PO and Payments and flag to relevant departments to review their pending documents and clean to avoid aged. - To closely work with IT, Sr. SC Co in New Integra use and understanding before and after the deployment and go live.

Manage Tender Portal:

- To make all the National Tender Process using the IRC dedicated Tender Portal and inform the Procurement Manager, Senior SC Coordinator and other relevant department when process completed - Follow up with suppliers’ bids through IRC tender portal to submit on time - Follow up responding suppliers and providers any question arises for tendered bid - Inform the line manager for any challenge/issues encountered during tendering

Manage ATC and Vetting:

- All Kabul procurement vetting process to be managed by the position holder and once vetting run is done to inform the designated procurement in charge. - To ensure the ATC result is double checked with other Procurement Staff to confirm accuracy and that is written in ATC run check sheet. - Learn the process of vetting and flag to other procurement staff to avoid missing the vetting - To ensure all vendor and providers file for ongoing or active vendors/providers have valid Vetting documents and confirm to Sr. SC Coordinator

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Manager, Finance/Economics or similar field - To have enough knowledge of due diligence and vetting - 3 Years Experiences working in Procurement/Supply Chain with INGO, UN and other entities - Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and computer competency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other IT skills. - Creative and innovative mindsets - Strong work ethic and pro-active problem solver. - Willingness to participate, contribute and lead the team under challenging working and living conditions. - Spoken and written English fluency preferably with command of Pashto and Dari.
