Overview
Support provincial health authorities to strengthen malaria interventions.
You have:
- Master’s degree plus 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated technical expertise in health systems and public health work
- Strong cross-cultural communication and diplomacy skills
- Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting evaluations and literature reviews
- Ability to work independently and with teams across time zones and locations, managing multiple tasks effectively in high-pressure situations
- Experience working in high-risk and low/middle-income countries
- Strong work ethic, integrity, credibility, and dedication to CHAI’s mission and values
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel frequently (30-50% of time), including potential trips to rural areas
