Overview

Support Protection team with data-related tasks and assessments.

You have:

  • Knowledge of domestic immigration law is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari.
  • Recent graduate or final year’s students of the university in Law, Sharia or other Social science.
  • Intermediate level of English is an asset.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Protection Intern will support to Protection team in the area office by conducting data screening, Protection Monitoring and referral.

Responsibilities:

  • Support protection Officer on data collection.
  • Support protection team on data protection and filing.
  • Work closely with Protection team to learn the processes of performing the activities.
  • Participation in protection assessments and distribution to support protection team.
  • Identify referral cases and share with referral focal point.
  • Other Protection tasks assigned by line manager

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you must have:

Experience and technical competencies:

  • Knowledge of domestic immigration law is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari.

Education/qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (those persons who completed their studies within one year of applying) or final year’s students of the university (Law, Sharia or other Social science)

Languages:

  • Intermediate level of English is an asset, fluency in Pashto and good knowledge of Dari
