- Minimum 5 years of experience in child protection or GBV programs.
- Proven experience in project management within humanitarian settings.
- Experience in conducting capacity assessments and training programs.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
Contract

The Child Protection/GBV Coordinator will be responsible to plan, manage, oversee and monitor the implementation of NRCs Child protection and GBV programs. She/ He will be accountable for the formulation, design, planning, implementing, and ensuring quality implementation of child protection and GBV programming. The Child Protection/GBV Coordinator will also support the protection team in implementing community-based programmes in Kampala. In addition, he/she will contribute to capacity building of partner field teams on CP and GBV topics identified during capacity assessments and in line with programme design.
