You have:

  • University Graduates in relevant field (BBA, English literature, Public Administration, Law and Political Science)
  • Report writing skills
  • Good Communication Skills (English/Pashto and Dari)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English
  • Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet) an advantage
  • Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background

Job Description

General Duties

- Support and provide administrative support to admin and Integrated Protection staff. - Support and Review RRFs with related departments. - Support Protection admin team in preparing filling system and make sure all the files are up to date. - Support Protection admin team in printing, Copying, and scanning. - Support Protection team in preparing time sheets and submit to HR department. - Support Protection team in preparing Training. - Keep update record of all RRFS soft and hard. - Support Protection team and prepared documents when required for Compliance. - Contact with field offices regarding to RRFs, Payrolls and other documents when required - Prepare weekly and monthly stationery for Protection team. - Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
