MDF PNG is a leading community group who has developed its capacity over the years from carrying out drama awareness to particpation in high impact projects, scientific reserach and human resource development both in Papua New Guienea and abroad. MDF hereby wish to engage five experts to devellop a proposal to help train youths to carry out development activities in environment and conservation to address climate change which is now an issue in the Pacific.

MDF requires the service of at least 5 volunteers who will work collabotaively with the contact perosn for the FOundation to draft a high quality proposal which will be submitted to the Donor Digicel Foundation based in Papua New Guinea. MDF require skills from 5 expert volunteers who ahve knowledge and expereince in proposal writing and must have secured project in the past addressing issues in environment and conservation and climate change He or she must have a Masters Degree in Environmental and Climate PHD candidates are also encourage to apply
