You have:
- Lead the design and end-to-end development of the McGovern-Dole proposal, ensuring compliance with USDA NoFO requirements and alignment with WFP priorities.
- Coordinate and manage inputs from country office teams, technical focal points, regional and HQ units, and partners while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Draft and consolidate core proposal sections, ensuring logical flow and high technical quality.
- Conduct background research and contextual analysis to align with country needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main liaison for proposal stakeholders, facilitating coordination and progress check-ins.
- Manage the proposal timeline from planning through final submission and deliver for approval.

Proposal Manager – McGovern-Dole Fund
- Lead the design and end-to-end development of the McGovern-Dole proposal, ensuring full compliance with USDA NoFO requirements and alignment with WFP priorities.
- Coordinate and manage inputs from country office teams, technical focal points, regional and HQ units, and partners, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Draft and consolidate core proposal sections, ensuring coherence, logical flow, and high technical quality across the document.
- Conduct background research and contextual analysis to ensure alignment with country needs, USDA framework objectives, and WFP’s School Feeding programme.
- Serve as the main liaison and communication focal point among proposal stakeholders, facilitating regular coordination and progress check-ins.
- Manage the proposal timeline from planning through final submission and deliver the final draft to country office management for approval.
