Overview

Develop style guidelines for effective communication with youth in digital channels.

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, or related field is important for the selection process.
Fluency in Spanish is required for effective communication with the target audience.
Experience in digital communication strategies is preferred.
Ability to coordinate and work in teams is important.
Adaptability to engage with adolescents and youth online is essential.

-Crear un breve manual de estilo con recomendaciones básicas para comunicación efectiva con adolescentes y jóvenes en canales digitales, que incluya: tono, estilo y contenidos. La extensión máxima será de 4 hojas -Proponer mecanismos de comunicación que promuevan la vinculación de colectivos, grupos, influencers y aliados de interés para la población objetivo -Idear retos o estrategias de engagement para el público adolescente y juvenil en redes sociales -Coordinar acciones de difusión con el equipo de UNICEF y el equipo digital de voluntarios

Desde febrero de 2020, UNICEF Ecuador creó el Programa de Participación Adolescente y Juvenil con el fin de ofrecer herramientas, espacios y soporte a esta población, que representa el 20% en el país.
