Overview
Lead analysis and reporting for IRC Ukraine's Protection Monitoring portfolio.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, international relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in protection monitoring or a related field.
- Strong understanding of protection principles and humanitarian standards.
- Strong understanding of Ukrainian context and protection challenges.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team and with multiple partners.
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Ukrainian is preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multitasking and stressful work environments.
- Proven networking, team building, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients/beneficiaries.
- Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
