The purpose of the Project Support Technical Assistant (TA) position is to provide administrative and financial technical support to the Cash Project Team for under NRC’s voucher programming. Project Support TA is expected to lead the financial reconciliation process for the Cash Project, along with regular communication with the financial service provider(s) and vendors. The Project Support TA is expected to have the full overview of the reconciliation process; collection of vouchers from the vendors, verification of vouchers in line with programme supporting documentation and payment release to the vendors on verified vouchers, among other tasks. Project Support TA will work closely with the Support Teams in the Area Office in Tripoli, Libya including finance, and logistics and procurement, as well as the Cash Project Team.
