Overview

Coordinate education project activities, monitor and evaluate objectives, and report monthly.

You have:

  • Coordinate and consult with Project Coordinator for smooth running of education project activities
  • Provide expertise for planning and implementation through training
  • Monitor and evaluate project objectives, making recommendations as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and community groups
  • Provide monthly statistical reports and assist in compilation of various project reports
  • Design standard/protocols for training interventions

Key Responsibilities:

i) Program Management and Evaluation

  • Coordinate and consult with Project Coordinator to ensure smooth running of education project activities at communities and schools
  • Organize public meetings at schools and communities for project activities awareness and meetings

  • Provide expertise where intervention, planning and implementation is required through training the communities, and children on the project aims and goals

  • Coordinate & mobilize the resources and requirements of the project activities

ii). Quality Assurance

  • Monitor and evaluate project objectives, make recommendations as appropriate
  • Design standard/protocols for training interventions
  • Develop training materials to suite the local context, language
  • Assess and provide support to the community members & leaders through regular on-site supervisory and advisory visits to enhance communities competence

iii) . Representation & Networking

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners, local organizations and community groups
  • Promote discussions with community leaders to evaluate.

iv) . Documentation

  • Provide monthly statistical reports on-time
  • Provide monthly progress reports, assist in compilation of quarterly, biannual, annual and end of project report
