Coordinate project activities and engage communities to improve child welfare.

You have:

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Science – education, social sciences or environment, climate change or other relevant disciplines is required.
  • Experience in community development work.
  • Have the skills and experience in conducting trainings in the community.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and deliver results.
  • Have the ability to liaise with partners, stakeholders and communities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to verify data quality.
  • Good contextual knowledge of the local community and social/cultural constraints, realities, and organizational relationships.
  • High-level communications skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships in a cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities in the communities
  • Supervise casuals implementing activities in the field
  • Community and stakeholder engagements
  • Submission of activity reports and data (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Development monthly activity implementation plans
  • Field activity implementation reporting
  • Submission of data for reporting
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for the next month’s activity implementations
  • Any other tasks as expected by the project under the supervision of the Project Coordinator

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
