You have:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Myanmar

Major Responsibilities
Effective & efficient project management including financial management provided for the quality implementation
- Manage and lead, the planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and evaluation of project activities to achieve the stated deliverables of project on time and within budget.
- Monitor and oversight the implementation of partner (Swan In Thit) to produce high level of quality of the Program’s work outputs and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical departments and respective departments for the capacity of partners.
- Support partner in the development and implementation of a risk management plan to analyze and mitigate internal and external project risks.
- Ensure the budget spending, allocation and make corrective actions when needed
- Monthly financial report reviews with project staff and partner staff to prevent low burn rate
Improve the quality of monitoring and evaluation and reporting
- Lead the partner team in designing, implementing and evaluating effective support with technical support team.
- Review and revise log frame and submit narrative project reports according to donor guidelines.
- Lead partner organization focal staff to provide report in time to submitted reports to donor.
- Ensure the timely submission of program reports according to donor standards.
- Ensure a monitoring plan (virtual or remote visit) to effectively track progress of the Project measured against stated indicators
- Activities data are updated in the system & shared with relevant stakeholders according to donor and WVIM requirements
Strengthen networking with and relative positioning of World Vision Myanmar
- Represent World Vision in meetings and other forums of donor agencies, UN agencies, INGOs and NGOs and CBOs and working groups.
- Ensure effective coordination with UN Women for success project implementation
- Coordinate among the stakeholders includes internal and external of WVM who interested the success of project which implanting in WVM
Strengthening capacity of partner staff, volunteers and facilitate effective implementation of the project
- Undertake assessment and evaluation of the capacity of staff members and volunteers/facilitators
- Support GAM for proposal development as required.
- Work closely with the Grants Management Manager, project staff and other functions within WVM to promote mutual learning, support and accountability.
- Attend and participate in devotions and other activities that enrich and develop mutual growth in Christ (paid for via private funds). Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong experience in dealing with grant donors
- Considerable degree of experience in writing report
- Bachelor degree, preferable Master Degree in related fields.
- Strong level of knowledge and skills in managing grants
- Strong level of knowledge and skills regarding crosscutting issues such as assessment, design, monitoring and evaluation, behavior change communication strategies and capacity building
- Strong analytical skills in reading the situation and skills in problem solving
- High commitment to and high interest in multi sectoral field
- Ability to work with minimal degree of supervision through demonstrating accountability, trust worthiness and strong commitment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and team building and team spirit
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point and internet
- Considerable knowledge and experience in writing report, particularly in conformity with the grant donor's requirement
- Ability and genuine desire to work and learn as a team and having appropriate attitude on team building and team spirit
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Myanmar
