You have:
- Experience in project management within child protection or a similar field.
- Strong financial management skills to support project budgeting and reports.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including government, local leaders, and UN.
- Experience in writing and submitting high-quality project reports on time.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills.

Provide support in the management of ECHO Project (including financial, administrative and human resource functions) to ensure quality implementation that adheres to WV and donor standards, policies and other requirements ofthe consortium;
Participate in initiatives to promote collaboration between WV, government, local leaders, UN and other relevant stakeholders at county and state level to improve WV visibility, partnership and networking with all relevant duty bearers with greater focus on the implementation of the project
Ensure high quality ECHO project reports are submitted timely in order to track progress, measure impact, enhance accountability and inform future programming according to donor and WV requirements. Coordinate with other project implementing partners such as War Child Holland and HDC to implementation.
Ensure integration of ECHO project with other projects within the geographic area taking into consideration WV integrated approach, community based, child focused and Christian commitment.
Ensure diversity and teamwork, coach and mentor and Malakal & Baliet staff members in order to build their capacity and enhance teamwork for current and future program management responsibilities.
