You have:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college or BA in Communications, Business, Marketing or related areas is a plus.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in project coordination, program administration, or operations support.
- Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects from beginning to end, simultaneously, without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate skills in using AI tools such as Co-Pilot.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including those needed in writing, editing, and interacting by telephone and in meetings.
