Overview
Provide administrative and project support for the National Center office.
You have:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months administrative and/or project coordination experience.
- Intermediate skills with MS Office programs, typing, and filing.
- Intermediate skills in using AI tools such as Co-Pilot.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects from beginning to end, simultaneously, without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, be flexible in scheduling tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including those needed in writing, editing, and interacting by telephone and in meetings.
