You have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in development context.
  • Experience in working with NGOs and government agencies.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to provide capacity building and training.
  • Experience in report writing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management, Coordination & Monitoring

  • Effective implementation and coordination of project activities with implementing partners (Central PHA and Rigo District, Provincial Government, LLGs, PDoE, and Community structures). Regular progress tracking and reporting on project outputs. Ensure compliance with donor and WV financial policies and guidelines.

Representation & Networking

  • Maintain strong partnerships with UNICEF/KOICA, government agencies (CCDA, DMOs, PHA, District Offices, LLGs, and community structures, etc. Represent the project in coordination meetings, TWGs, and donor visits.

Documentation, Reporting & Learning

  • Prepare timely and quality narrative, financial, and indicator-based reports. Support data collection, case studies, evaluations, and knowledge products. Facilitate community learning and reflection sessions.

Capacity Building & Team Leadership

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to project staff and community-based partners (CBDRM Committees, VHAs, Youth Impact Clubs). Ensure capacity development in climate-smart service delivery and social accountability.
