You have:
- Experience in complaints and feedback management.

- Skills in training and organizing groups.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountability to beneficiaries.
- Receive, record complaints and feedback from the beneficiaries.
- Compile monthly statistical data of complaints and feedback.
- Data entry to World Vision and WFP Complaint systems.
- Mobilize manageable numbers of beneficiaries for CBT distribution, quarterly verification and Monthly General Food and Cash Distribution.
- Participate in mainstreaming Accountability to the Affected Persons (AAP) across all WFP activities
- Organize post distribution review meetings (PDRM)
1. Beneficiary verification.
- Admit and verify beneficiaries during food distribution.
- Monthly verification of in-kind assistance beneficiaries.
- Quarterly Verification of beneficiaries on Agent banking.
- Support in the monitoring of agent cash out points.
- Ensure the necessary equipment’s for verification are functional
- Support in trouble shooting.
1. Reporting
- Prepare, download and share the daily GDT reports.
- Compile and share the quarterly verification reports.
- Compile monthly statistical data of complaints and feedback.
1. Retailer and Market Strengthening.
- Support to mobilize retailers for bi-annual WFP targeting and monitoring assessment (MFI and RPME)
- Assist retailer groups to create and manage VSLAs and SACCOs to enable sustainable access to credit.
- Support to follow up on retailer performance and support in Retailer Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (RPME)
- Support to organize trainings for retailers.
- Support to organize the identified retailers’ groups to establish leadership and governance.
- Support in linking VSLAs and SACCOs to formal financial service providers (FSPs) for sustainable credit options and digitalization.
