Support the development and execution of the Skill Our Future initiative
You have:
- Have graduated from or enrolled in the senior year at an undergraduate degree program in social, political, education, or development-related disciplines.
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing online events of various scales and types, preferably student online trainings and/or incubation.
- Experience in creating and managing schedules, exercises, and timelines for educational programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other project management software and methodologies.
- Commit to the volunteer schedule, with flexibility for occasional meetings and deadlines.

The Skill Our Future initiative, co-led by UNDP and other partners, aims to create digital pathways for youth, enhancing their employability and empowering them to thrive as globally engaged citizens contributing to sustainable development locally and beyond. With a marked context focus on providing opportunities for youth from underserved communities, the programme equips young people with the necessary 21st-century and digital skills they need to prepare for the future of work. For the EmpowerU Incubation initiative, we seek support from 3 Online Volunteers, who under the guidance of the Youth Empowerment team will: - Support the development of the online incubation program including a schedule of sessions, exercises, and timelines - Develop an evaluation plan and tools for the online incubation program to measure its effectiveness - Support in creation of engaging content and resources for participants to facilitate their learning and skill development process. - Support in monitoring and providing feedback surveys for participants, ensuring their progress on the learning management system is on track and achieving their incubation goals. - Support in designing Team Competition and Graduation activities agenda for EmpowerU.
