BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

Under the overall guidance and technical supervision of the RAM Unit, the Programme Associate (KIM and Data Analysis) will report to the Programme Policy Officer (Operational Data Analyst), and will be responsible in collecting, processing, analyzing data and reports.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):

1. Help design and combine key programme and operational data sources into one clear and scalable system for use across the Country Office.

2. Analyze distribution and output data to identify trends in consumption, pricing, and the number of beneficiaries reached, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

3. Develop and manage Open Data Kit (Kobo, MODA) forms ensuring accuracy and alignment with monitoring and assessment needs.

4. Support sampling design and data preparation for monitoring, assessments, and different surveys.

5. Clean, transform, and prepare data when needed, including removing duplicates and organizing data for reviews, verification, and emergency response.

6. Develop and maintain trackers to record and follow up on different programme data.

7. Design and implement real-time dashboards to present insights to the Programme team, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

8. Train staff and partners to use dashboards and data tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.

9. Perform other tasks as required, agreed by Supervisor and Programme team at CO

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Completion of University Degree (bachelor's or equivalent) is required. Education in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or in any other relevant field is preferable. Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Visualization and Reporting or in any other relevant field is preferred. Language: Fluency in spoken and written both in English and Bangla language.
