ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

This position will be based in Area Office Peshawar, Pakistan and will report to Programme Policy Officer (Relief & FFA) or designate.

The position will be for one year.

JOB PURPOSE

The candidate will provide support in registering and managing overall beneficiary data. Beneficiary lists will be required to be uploaded, distribution plans and payment lists created, processed, and approved within the database.

The candidate will have to supervise data teams of Cooperating Partners, collect information from them, review the data and upload into database.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

1. Act as Focal person for FFA LIVE data management system for activities data management and analysis - a. Train and support CP data staff in data cleaning, validation, analysis, management, and reporting. b. Provide backstopping to data staff of CP if required. c. Fix any data bugs/ issues raised during the implementation. 2. Ensure accurate data uploading in the system. 3. Maintain follow-up with CPs focal persons for day-to-day support and ensure data related deadlines are met as per DIP. 4. Review of data uploaded by CP and share feedback with CP on the quality of data 5. Generate cash disbursement list in close coordination with CP data staff and ensure zero duplication in data. 6. Update the database on regular basis with information and share updates with respective activity manager 7. Review village profile, activity profile, and participants profile against the planned vs achieved target of the completed cycle activities. 8. Maintain separate data of households not selected for the project, and list of drop out participants (the registered participants who were registered but not participated in the activity) as reported by CPs and update the final list of participants accordingly. 9. Act as Programme focal person for reconciliation of bank and CP data. 10. Generate project infographic briefs

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education: Completion of secondary school education. Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology, Social sciences with database management/knowledge is desirable.

Experience: 5 years' minimum, relatively 2 years' experience of managing Humanitarian/ Livelihood support related projects' database.

Knowledge and Skills: MS Office, database development etc.

Language: Good written and spoken English and Urdu. Knowledge of local language (Pashto) will be an added advantage.
