Key topics of the programme in the region include safety of journalists, combatting disinformation, documentary heritage, access to information. The incumbent is expected to carry out the following tasks: • Assist in the organization of activities, initiatives and events of the Communication and Information programme. • Assist in the drafting of concept notes, speeches, briefings and reports. • Assist in the communication with counterparts, partners and others during programme implementation. • Assist in follow up to meetings and events organized. • Provide other assistance as required.
