In particular, the incumbent will provide a full range of administrative and management support as follows: - Prepare a variety of programme related documents and correspondence; review and draft emails/documents; maintain mailing/contact lists. - Maintain information systems and databases for the programme by recording, updating and retrieving information, documentation and data; ensure appropriate and accurate archiving of programme files. - Support the organization and set up meetings, webinars, and in-person events, prepare meeting notes, provide administrative and logistical support including travel, room/equipment reservation etc. - Monitor programme inbox and dispatch requests to relevant colleagues. - Respond to enquiries and follow up on routine outstanding matters; liaise with various internal services.
