Job Description

Main duties:

- Liaise with the FSP Managers to ensure that weekly, monthly finance projections are submitted on time. - Regularly review the Budget Versus actual system to ensure that program expenses are correctly entered. - Work with the finance and Field teams to organize regular budget review meetings. - Follow-up on BVA report internal and external commitment with the relevant departments to be cleared within the project implementation periods. - Maintain the FSP team IT equipment data base. - Working with the FSP managers in updating of Beneficiaries indicator database. - Raising PRs for the dignity kits and closely follow-up with the supply chain team for selection best quality samples and coordination with the field team. - Work with FSP Managers and finance team to ensure that all spending plans for all grants are regularly updated. - Work with the protection admin team to ensure that all program related documents are safely filed timely.

Specific duties:

- Support the program assistant to follow up with Supply chain on procurement needs for programs - Compile and update the program purchase requests (PRs) and corresponding purchase orders and reconcile the program expenses in consultation with the Sr. Officers and the finance team. - Work with the FSP managers and FSP coordinator to monitor spending plans, procurement plans, and work plans on a regular basis and keep track of program activity budgets. - To follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff for providing the on-time support by support staff for smooth running of program activities - Collect and provide necessary information and contribute to the planning organizing and development of all aspects of the projects support activities. Keep and save the field activities and provide in the required time for preparation of the report. - Maintain and efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records and manage program database and documentation for required administrative activities. - Work with the program coordinator and managers to regularly update grant information and maintain a list of all donor reporting deadline, field visit reports from the program managers and weekly updates from the Sr. Officers.

Qualifications

Qualification and Requirements****: University degree in Finance, Accounting, information technology, social sciences, engineering, law or Business Administration.

Job Requirements

- Financial management skills. - Project management skills. - Relevant experience at least 2-3 years. - Pervious working experience with budget management. - Comfortable working in English and Dari/Pushto and ability to translate both written and orally. - Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Good communication and organization skills
