You have:
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, set direction, and work independently
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and in fast-paced, multicultural environments with limited structure
- Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with program financial management and budgeting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with global health issues
