Overview
Drive effective delivery and strategic evolution of CHAI’s Malaria and NCD portfolio in Papua New Guinea.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end program delivery, including strategy, execution, and financial management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take full ownership of assigned workstreams.
- Experience managing teams, setting expectations, and holding staff accountable for results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging government counterparts, donors, and partners.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
