Overview
Lead HIV prevention efforts in Zimbabwe, driving strategic and technical partnerships.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in public health, economics, health policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HIV prevention, SRHR, or broader public health program management.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program management spanning multiple health system pillars.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in program design, costing, performance monitoring, or health systems strengthening.
- Excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior government, donor, and civil society stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability under pressure.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using data visualization or analytical tools.
