Overview

Provide strategic leadership and coordination across CHAI Ghana programs involved in enhancing access to health commodities.

You have:

  • Master’s degree in public health, life sciences, health economics, health policy, or related field
  • 7 – 10 years of work experience in health products development, commercialization, stakeholder management, health systems integration, or program management
  • Experience working with government agencies, international donors, and development partners in the health sector context
  • Experience managing donor-funded programs for maternal health is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical’s product landscape, including product introduction, ecosystem enablers, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex health policy issues into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of varied professional, cultural, and educational backgrounds
  • Ability to multitask and to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
  • Demonstrated expertise in health financing, systems strengthening, or impact analysis
  • Require a minimum of 30% travel within the country and internationally
