Implement program activities and monitor their progress while ensuring compliance with policies.
You have:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ NGO experience successfully implementing project/programs.
- 2 years of experience in design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, research and/or analytical experience.
- Good strategic and analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Russian and Kyrgyz languages skills.
- Experience in cross-border projects and water resource management is a plus.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to travel intensively to the field.
