Direct and coordinate Country Office program operations in Yemen
You have:
- Accountable for overseeing the quality of programming in Yemen
- Ensure compliance with technical standards in program design and implementation
- Work closely with the Country Director on new program development initiatives
- Development of high-quality, evidence-based, high-impact programs
- Experience working with Area Managers and Project Managers
The Program Director shares the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office program operations. You will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) for Yemen, and will be accountable for overseeing the quality of RI’s programming in Yemen, working closely with the Country Director on new program development initiatives, program advocacy, and innovation.
You will be responsible for ensuring development of high quality, evidence based, high impact, innovative programs that deliver immediate and lasting changes in the communities RI works in. In coordination with Area Managers and PMs, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical standards in program design and implementation.
