You have:
- University degree in social sciences or any related field.
- Comfortable working in English and Dari/Pushto and ability to translate both written and orally.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and motivation.
Job Description
General Duties:
- Compile and update the program purchase requests (PRs) and corresponding purchase orders and reconcile the program expenses in consultation with the FSP Managers and the finance team. - Work closely with the administration team to facilitate the accommodation and transportation needs of the FSP Field team who are attending trainings in Kabul. - Providing all the necessary support to the Field team requires coordination with different departments including supply chain, administration, and security. - Working closely with the protection administration team to ensure that all PRs scan and trackers are updated. - Keeping and filling of trainings attendance sheets and pre- tests and post tests papers.
Specific duties:
- Process of recruitment request forms. - Process of any payment request form with the finance team. - To follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff for providing the on-time support by support staff for smooth running of program activities - Maintain and efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records and manage program database and documentation for required administrative activities. - Responsible for travel cost payments with the close coordination with the finance department for training participants. - To work on FSP team GTRF, ATRF, TOR and other required travel documents and sharing with the admin team. - Scanning of interview evaluation forms for the FSP new recruitments.

Any other task assigns by supervisor.
