You have:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related experience.
- Experience in Infographic design and branding.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret information, identify and analyze problems.
- Excellent designing skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Overall good knowledge of Microsoft programmes and excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other design software.
- Ability to upload material to a website and social media.
- Submit/provide links to portfolio samples.

We are looking for 2 creative and motivated online volunteers to support our team with creating designs, artworks and lay out for various information materials for support of MHRO-Recruitment Unit’s awareness campaigns. The online volunteer’s will be asked to: a) design information materials, including infographics, charts, presentations, etc. b) lay-out and design training materials in support of IOM’s different recruitment modalities and procedures. The design and its layout should follow IOM corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the online volunteers in advance. The Unit foresees a target of releasing 1 material every 2 weeks.

IOM is looking at strengthening the capacities of our internal field partners through several HR campaigns focusing on Recruitment processes and tips. Due to this there is a need to design information and training materials, to be distributed to worldwide. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design of internal visibility materials for MHRO-Recruitment Unit, as well as the lay-out and design of infographics and training materials to support the unit’s different awareness campaigns.
Volunteers: 2 needed
11-20 hours per week / 12 weeks
