You have:
- Proven experience in procurement processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to procurement.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Contract

The purpose of a Procurement Officer is to provide the day-to-day implementation of the procurement function’s responsibility, namely, to provide support to the organization’s activities in the form of procurement of goods, works and services for project activities in East Ukraine under the direction and guidance of the Logistics Coordinator
