Manage procurement processes efficiently
You have:
- Minimum BAC+4 in a relevant field related to the job description.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management (purchasing, transportation, inventory management, equipment management) in large organizations. Experience in large international NGOs is a plus.
- Good knowledge of tax legislation in Niger (VAT, BIC, Exemption, etc.).
- Computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and advanced internet proficiency.
- Be available for any eventuality.
- Be proactive to adapt to rapid changes that may occur in a complex security context.
- Possess strong administrative and operational communication skills.
- Exhibit personal integrity.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team spirit and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial legislation in Niger.

Qualifications
- Un minimum de BAC+4 dans un domaine pertinent relatif à la description du poste; - Jouir d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (achats, transport, gestion de stock, gestion des équipements) dans des grandes organisations. Expériences des grandes ONGs internationales est un atout; - Bonne connaissance des législations fiscales du Niger (TVA, BIC, Exonération…); - Compétences informatiques, notamment en ce qui concerne les Word, Excel, PowerPoint et une grande maitrise de l’internet; - Être disponible pour toute éventualité; - Être proactif pour s’adapter aux changements pouvant advenir rapidement dans un contexte complexe de sécurité; - Avoir une grande capacité en communication administrative et opérationnelles - Parfaite intégrité personnelle; - Attention aux détails; - Capacité à accomplir en même temps des tâches multiples; - Esprit d'équipe et aptitudes en résolution de problèmes; - Bonne connaissance des législations du Niger en matière de commerce.
