Overview

Support the implementation of the knowledge management strategy and related activities.

You have:

  • Be enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent) or a graduate school programme.
  • Have good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to draft news articles and/or social media posts is desirable.
  • Ability to design surveys and polls is desirable.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English as mandatory languages.

Duties and Responsibilities

El o la practicante apoyará al equipo del Secretario Ejecutivo Adjunto en la implementación de la estrategia de gestión del conocimiento y las actividades e iniciativas que de esta se derivan, particularmente aquellas tareas relacionadas con la implementación de la Red de Comisiones de Futuro Parlamentarias El practicante debe reporter directamente al coordinador designado por el Secretario Ejecutivo Adjunto para la implementación de la estrategia Los proyectos a los que el practicante colaborará son los siguientes: Puesta en marcha de un sitio web y mantener actualizada la página para lo cual se deberá incorporar todos los productos que se generan en torno a la Red: boletines, cursos, talleres, webinars. Además de sostener reuniones con contrapartes tanto internas como externas a CEPAL.
