You have:

- Previous non-profit agency/grant-funded environment experience strongly preferred.
- Prior team management experience & knowledge of donor regulations strongly preferred.
- Experience working with and influencing senior colleagues to tackle complex challenges and agreed mutually beneficial decisions.
- High degree of professional integrity, ability, and commitment to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Solid organizational skills: detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong training, facilitation, and coaching skills preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
Scope of position:
The Post Award Coordinator writes and collects information to provide to management, donors, grantors in a timely, accurate and understandable manner. This position is located in Dallas or Abilene and reports to the Grants Manager. The position will focus on the highest priority initiatives of the Grants Department. With an emphasis on building relationships between Grants, Finance, Development, HQ and Program Managers to deliver high quality results.
Major Responsibilities:
● Ensure all departments are aware of allowable and unallowable costs, responsibility, and reporting requirements.
● Conduct Opening and Closing meetings for all grant opportunities.
● Maintains accurate and timely records within internal database systems.
● Attend all Budget Vs. Actual and Outcomes monthly meetings with programs.
● Work with Programs and Finance department on donor invoices, reports, and audits.
● Submit all documents needed to HQ for grants to be updated or closed.
● Form and maintain relationships with community partners and donors.
● Monitoring sub awardees, collecting and reviewing sub awardee reports, ensuring monitoring and compliance, and assisting within subaward closure process.
● Maintain a broad and deep understanding of donor policies, regulations and procedures and build this knowledge among programs team members.
● Ensure proper representation of the Grant department views in strategic cross-departmental projects within IRC by building strong relationships among relevant staff members.
● Participate in all program meetings, staff development activities, and fully engage as a member of the team.
● Other related duties as assigned.

Working Environment:
100% remote with the availability to meet with donors or attend community events as needed. Standard working hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST.
Compensation:
Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
