Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend conferences and meetings, take notes, and craft summary reports, minutes, notes, and outline follow-up actions. • Assist in organizing events, both online and on-site, providing support for tasks associated with administration, coordination, and travel logistics. • Conduct research and policy analysis within the areas of Division's interest • Assist in preparing reports, concept papers, policy documents, talking points, articles, presentations and other materials. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Be computer literate in standard software applications Have a demonstrated keen interest in the work of the United Nations and have a personal commitment to the ideals of the Charter. • Have a demonstrated ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, which include willingness to try and understand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.
