Digital Solutions (ITSDS)**
The Digital Solutions team delivers modern productivity, collaboration, and endpoint solutions to over 30,000 users. We support Microsoft 365, WebEx, Power Platform, and AI tools like Copilot, Google Gemini, and Grammarly, while engineering, deploying, and supporting Windows Endpoints. We are a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to solving problems with reliable, impactful technology.
**Duties and accountabilities:
Role Overview**
You'll support the Power Platform service delivery and administration initiatives for our global workforce while driving operational efficiency through platform governance and management. You will configure, deploy, and administer scalable solutions across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages, while managing integrations with M365 and Azure App Service environments.
Key Responsibilities • Platform Administration & Operations: Manage, configure, and maintain the full Power Platform stack and Azure-integrated environments to ensure stable and reliable service delivery.
• Citizen Development Enablement: Provide guidance, governance guardrails, and support for citizen developers to ensure compliant and consistent platform usage.
• Integration Management: Oversee and administer connector configurations and integrations with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and legacy platforms.
• ALM & Environment Management: Administer the ALM process, including environment provisioning, solution deployments, and support for CI/CD pipeline operations.
• Governance & Security: Enforce DLP policies, security best practices, and compliance requirements in collaboration with security and IT teams.
• Platform Resilience & Monitoring: Monitor capacity, performance, and environment health to ensure high availability, scalability, and operational continuity.
Documentation & Standards: Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and platform administration best practices for consistency and knowledge sharing.
**Technical Skills
Platform Administration & Automation**
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Dataverse, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Copilot Studio, and Power Pages across enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline operations, solution transport, and environment deployment workflows.
Cloud & Integration Management
• Working knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and API Management from an operational and configuration standpoint.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture, identity & access management (IAM), conditional access policies, and secure connector administration.
Data & Governance • Experience in Dataverse environment administration, capacity management, and data lifecycle operations (backup, restore, copy, reset).
• Proficiency in environment-level security configuration, RBAC, DLP policy enforcement, platform monitoring, logging, and organizational compliance. Scripting & Operational Tooling • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Power Platform CLI (PAC CLI), and Python for administrative automation, bulk operations, and platform health reporting.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted tooling to accelerate scripting, diagnostics, and operational task automation.
Professional Competencies
• Operational Governance: Enforce platform policies, DLP rules, and operational guardrails to ensure secure, compliant, and stable environments.
• Incident & Service Management: Support triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform issues; translate operational needs into actionable remediation plans.
• Ownership: Demonstrate accountability for platform health, environment uptime, and timely execution of administrative deliverables.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team learning through runbooks, operational documentation, and adoption of governance best practices.
