Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Planning and Policy Specialist is assigned to the Strategy, Policy, and Business Process Division (SPBP) within the Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships Department (SPD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to Director, SPBP and will supervise National Staff and Administrative Staff.
Your Role
As a Planning and Policy Specialist, you will support corporate strategy and policy development, coordination and foster alignment of operations with ADB's medium to long-term directions and strategies. You will also participate in reviewing policy, strategy, and business processes in selected areas; and advise operation departments in ADB's policies and business processes and provide support to Management on institutional communications related to the corporate strategy and planning issues.

Additional Information
ADB will be rolling-out a new job grading structure on 1 January 2025, which may result in a change of the position grade and title with no change in the terms of reference.
