You have:
- Experience in program or project management, preferably in non-profit or community-based organizations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to review, plan, and implement initiatives from the ground up
Contract

The PM will review past initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and design new programs and events that support youth in Cameroon.
We are looking for 2 online volunteers who will help us:
• Build programs and operations from the ground up, including processes, team structures, and systems for sustainability
• Assess past initiatives with the founder to identify what should be continued, improved, or redesigned
• Create and launch new programs, campaigns, and events that align with CAMAAY’s mission and community needs
• Work closely with the founder and board to ensure alignment of projects and goals
