You have:
- High school diploma
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administration, secretary, or related field
- Knowledge of work with persons with disabilities and their rights
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of working with computer accessibility features
- Effective written and oral communications in English and Khmer

Result of Service
The assignment will provide reasonable accommodation to the Disability Advisor to deliver activities in accordance with the Terms of Reference, in fulfilment of the United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy and OHCHR reasonable accommodation policy. It will ensure equality for all persons in the workplace, in respect of diversity and fostering an organizational culture characterized by inclusivity and respect for fundamental rights and dignity.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Country Representative and direct supervision of the Disability Advisor and Head of Unit, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: a. Accompany on field missions and assist as per the requirements; b. Provide computer related and secretarial assistance as required; such as documentation layout and editing; c. Support to make document accessible; d. Support with information collection and research; and e. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/special skills
High school diploma A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administration, secretary, or related field, and knowledge of work. Experience working with persons with disabilities, organizations of persons with disabilities and/or on the rights of persons with disabilities, law or human rights. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of working with computer accessibility features. Effective written and oral communications
Languages
Good English and Khmer language, written and oral.
